11月的SAT1成绩申请CMU ED来得及吗

我想ED申CMU，但是6月份的SAT1没考好，必须还得考一次，问一下是10月考比较好还是11月？还有11月份的成绩还可以补交吗？

　　Here is some info about SAT tests for Carnegie Mellon:
　　If you are APplying Early Decision I, the last administration of the SAT Reasoning and SAT Subject test for Carnegie Mellon is October. If you put a RUSH REPORT on the tests; we will receive them in November...just in time for your ED APplication review.
　　If you are APplying Early Decision II, the last administration of the SAT Reasoning and SAT Subject test for Carnegie Mellon is November. If you put a RUSH REPORT on the tests; we will receive them in December...just in time for your ED APplication review.
　　If you are APplying Regular Decision, the last administration of the SAT Reasoning and SAT Subject test for Carnegie Mellon is January.
　　If you decide to take any standardized test during or after January, you will need to request a “rush report” on your scores so that Carnegie Mellon will receive them as quickly as possible. There is no guarantee that the admission committee will review your admission folder if these scores arrive late.
　　校方表示，如果你要申请Early Decision I，那么需要在10月份完成考试;如果你想申请Early Decision II，那么就需要在11月份完成考试;如果你想申请Regular Decision，那么你需要在1月份完成考试
