Prof.Liang Gao, the inventor of
CUP(http://www.nature.com/nature/journal/v516/n7529/abs/nature14005.htm
l) are recruiting students who wish to apply for the ECE@UIUC in this
fall. The electrical and computer engineering department of University
of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign constantly ranks top four in the states
and we have a very strong optics program both in the department and
Beckman institute.
