In this lecture,the professor totally boubt that Peary was actually reach the North Pole.The reasons are as follow.
To begin with,although the committee said that after they investigad the records and equipments which Peary used, they are sure about that Peary indeed reached the North Pole.There is a point that the members of committee are Peary's close friends.And they can get money by making this conclusion.They only spent 2 days to investigated these thinga. So we couldn't trust them.
Futhermore,a British explorer recently get to North Pole less than 37 days.Some people thinks that it can prove that Peary have the ability to get there also.But they 2 are different.It is because Tom covered this distance in a warm weather days.And he has enough food and equipment with him which Peary didn't have.
Moreover,the photographs taken by Peary didn't prove anthing.Because the photo fades over time.And it can't be recognize exactly the shadow.Also,the thchnology wich we use today can totally changes the photo.So the shadow is the photo can not prove that it is the same as the photo which took in North Pole.
As this reasons,professor thinks that this evidence can not prove that Peary really have reached  North Pole.
