托福独立写作真题解析之政府的教育投入

　　Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? For successful development of a country, the government should focus its budget more on the education of very young children rather than on universities.这道题目的内容是“为了一个国家的繁荣发展，政府应该把资金投到小学生的教育，而不是大学生”。这道题目是对比类的题目，对比的对象是“大学生教育“和”小学生教育“的问题。这两个关键词的主要区别在于教育程度的高低，还有成熟度。

　　从小学教育的角度来讲的话，除了教育还有一层“保护”的概念。毕竟小学生都是未成年，还需要国家的保护和关爱。而大学生则不一样，大学生有了独立的思考，有自主权，当然也有对自己做的事情负责的义务。

　　接下来，分别从“大学教育”和“小学教育”的角度来拓展文章的写作思路。

　　1)赞同政府应该加大对“小学教育”的力度

　　①小学生过于脆弱，需要政府加大教育力度;

　　②大学生会受到很多个人或者是企业的资金支持，政府投入可适当减少;

　　③对小学生的教育支持具有更深远的意义。

　　2)赞同政府应该加大对“大学教育”的力度

　　①大学生代表着国家发展的方向和水平;

　　②大学生面临就业，需要政府更多的就业支持;

　　③大学生的自主创业需要政府的支持。

　　我们从写作思路一出发，站在支持“小学教育”的角度来看一下文章的写作框架以及思路的展开。

　　1)开头段：引出题目的主题和主旨，然后提出对本文的观点。

　　Although universities reflect the educational level of a country，compared with them，I believe，the government should focus its budget more on the education of the young children. Of the countless reasons and examples, I will present the most conspicuous and essential one here. 开头运用一个让步句引出本文的话题，从而顺应着话题，提出本文的观点：赞同政府加大对“小学教育”的力度。

　　2)中间段：

　　分论点1：To start with, since young people are more vulnerable as well as plastic，it is very necessary for the government to allocate more budgets on educating this group of students. 小学生过于脆弱，需要政府加大教育力度。

　　分论点2：In the second place，quite a few universities are funded by lots of individuals like private enterprises. 大学生会受到很多个人或者是企业的资金支持，政府投入可适当减少。

　　分论点3：Last but not least，more budgets on the education of very young children has a more profound effect. 对小学生的教育支持具有更深远的意义。

　　In conclusion, compared with funding in colleges, it is more urgent and reasonable for the government to focus its budget on the education of young children.
