　　Overview

　　Real-world experience is the driving force behind our Global Analyst Training Program. Whichever area of the bank you join, you'll build a broad knowledge base and hone your skills to become a world-class professional. While some programs involve rotations, others encourage you to specialize early. All equip you for a thriving career at Deutsche Bank.

　　Passionate about the world of finance, you'll also demonstrate keen interest in your chosen field. Along with a track-record of outstanding academic achievement, you'll have an ongoing commitment to high-intensity learning. You'll need to be ready to collaborate - and to compete - with some of the best minds in banking. Communication is key: you must be fluent in English - and some roles require at least one other language.

　　Getting started

　　Your training starts with an orientation event - the Global Induction Program. You'll meet analysts and associates from around the world and build a professional network that will prove invaluable throughout your career. Guided by seasoned professionals and senior leadership, you'll develop a core understanding of our business, strategy, diversity and shared vision.

　　Global orientation is followed by a community-based teamwork challenge, which helps deepen the bonds between you and your global peers. Following this challenge, you'll begin a classroom-based program that immerses you in your chosen division. Here, you'll develop the technical and soft skills you need to make your mark as an analyst.

　　Going forward

　　Back at your home office, the pace will quicken. Responsibilities will be immediate and extensive. Continuous professional and personal development will accelerate your growth. On-the-job training will be constant, and there will guidance from senior managers as well as peers. You'll work across national boundaries, and maybe even abroad, gaining exposure to a wide diversity of teams and cultures.

　　Towards the end of the program, which will last a minimum of 12 months, we'll review your progress and discuss your future options. You can be sure that we will drive you to achieve your full potential.
