看神探夏洛克学英语:卷福的神语速你跟得上么？

2014年元旦节，BBC神剧《神探夏洛克》终于重新回归，第一集“空灵柩（The Empty Hearse）”里，卷福重新回归，他假死的内幕是什么？他将与华生以怎样的方式重逢？虽然第一集中的推理和演绎并不多，但看到福尔摩斯与华生的重（jiao）逢（ji）也实在是2014年第一件大喜事了……

台词赏析：

1.
-I didn't know you spoke Serbian.
-I didn't. But the language has a Slavic root. Frequent Turkish and German loan words. Took me a couple of hours.
-Hmm, you're slipping.
-我不知道你还会说塞尔维亚语。
-我不会说，但它源自斯拉夫语，以及很多土耳其语和德语的外来语，我几个小时就学会了。
-没以前快了。

Slavic：斯拉夫的；斯拉夫语的。

loan：做名词的意思是“贷款；借款”，做动词的意思是“借出”。

卷福终于重新登场，而一开始他就与哥哥进行了一番相当傲娇的对话。

Sir, you'll find this vintage exceptionally to your liking. It has all the qualities of the old, with the colour of the new. Like a gaze from a crowd of strangers, suddenly one is aware of staring into the face of an old friend.
先生，这款酒一定非常适合您的口味。滋味经典，又不失新鲜，宛如一群陌生人投来的目光，蓦然回首，却原来是故人重逢。

vintage：做形容词的意思是“ 古老的；最佳的；过时的”，做名词的意思是“葡萄收获期；葡萄酒酿造期”，做动词的意思是“ 采葡萄；用葡萄酿酒”。

福尔摩斯扮成餐厅使者，打断了华生求婚的场面，令所有人错愕不已。

So you fake your own death and you waltz in here large as bloody life! But I'm not meant to have a problem with it, cos Sherlock Holmes thinks it's a perfectly OK thing to do!
你假死了一次，接着又这么大摇大摆地活了过来。但是我不应该有意见，因为夏洛克·福尔摩斯认为这完全没问题！

华生看到死而复生的卷福，第一反应自然不是欣喜若狂，而是粉拳乱奏一顿发脾气。

-You have missed this, admit it. The thrill of the chase, the blood pumping through your veins, just the two of us against the rest of the world. I don't understand, I said I'm sorry, isn't that what you're supposed to do?
-Gosh, you don't know anything about human nature, do you?
-你很怀念这样，承认吧。那追逐的刺激，血脉喷张的感觉，我们两个人一起对抗整个世界。我就不懂了，我明明说过抱歉了，不然还要怎么样？
-老天，你还真是不懂人性，是吧？

thrill：颤抖；感到兴奋；感到紧张。

福尔摩斯呆萌，完全不明白华生为什么生气。
