 其他生产要素不会自己创造新的价值，而人才却可以使其他生产要素创造新的价值

 反着说下，换工作可能可以带来一时的快乐，但不会是长久的，一直换，工作是有限的，本身没有那么多可以；再者，新的工作也会变成旧的
