There are some commonly debated issues when people are giving suggestions to governments or some parties are promoting themselves for election. Among those issues, spending money on improving internet access and public transportation have attracted more attention. Although less traffic jam helps people obtain better travelling experience, I subscribe to the notion that Internet access development should be attached more importance due to its higher contribution to the society.

Advanced Internet connection can assist in improving independence of developing cutting-edge technology for one country. From the period of 2000 to 2014, China has devoted much time and large amount of money to Internet access construction, resulting in access speed from kilobytes to gigabytes level. On one hand, enterprises have accumulated some benefits. Based on gradually higher speed Internet, the three dominant Chinese Internet companies, Baidu, Ali and Taobao, are able to construct their online platform to promote and provide their more various and convenient services to users. On the other hand, since users enjoy better services, they tend to visit these websites more frequenctly. The companies are confronted with the server pressure and users' enthusiasm so they take advantage of the further developed network access from the country to independently offer more creative services. The win-win situation remarkably origins from the improved Internet access built by the government.

Simultaneously, widespread Internet access contributes to children education. While the common approach for children to learn about the world is like a window in a house, Internet is like a telescope. With merely the window, kids are only able to see the outdoor scenary within short distance. However, Children can utilize the telescope to watch the view far away and even observe some objects in detail. In a similar manner, young children get limited knowledge from their parents or friends. But with improved Internet, it is readily for them to broaden their horizon and even bear findings from the news in mind.

Last but not least, Internet significantly enhance the living quality. Some protectors may advocate that people can get so addicted to Internet that Internet are harmful regarding physical and mental health. But they are more than wrong. According to a recent survey conducted by Florida University in 2014 when 1200 pedestrians are interviewed. 81% of people think that the Internet is advantageous due to convenience. Some  even point out that people won't easily be addicted to Internet since once they just use Internet for convenient shopping or relaxation and go back to work very soon.

In conclusion, Internet can help state-of-the-art technology development, children education and improve people's living quality. Therefore, the government are supposed to spend more money in developing Internet access.
