在這邊我又重複問了面試官 Andrew大叔一些 MSGF 的事情

希望這些回答有讓大家更了解Fordham MSGF。

1.How long time your program can offer for the OPT?
(I assumes that "STEM" program could offer opt for 29 months, so MSQF could offer 29 months. Does MSGF could offer opt for 29 months? )

Yes.  Since the MSGF program is Stem-approved (as the MSQF program is), students can get a total of 29 months of OPT, as long as they are working for an e-verified company.  Usually, students can get 12 months of OPT, but since the MSGF program is STEM-approved, students can get an extension of 17 months, as long as they are working for an e-verified company.

2.When could I start to find internship/part-time job during my graduate study?
(Do I need to apply CPT or OPT for the job when I started to work from 2016 summer vacation?  )

International students can start working/interning using their CPT, after 2 semesters of school.  Of course, they can start looking for a job/internship as soon as they start the MSGF program in September.  Also, most of our student start using their OPT upon the completion of their MSGF Program.

3.Is there any conflict between CPT and OPT period?
(If I started to apply CPT first and then apply OPT later.)

There is no conflict. Our international students start work using their CPT. Upon graduation, they use their OPT.

4.Could you tell me some employment information about the MSGF gradutaes for international students? (especially the intern, beginning of the third semester.)

As we discussed in our interview, those students who immerse themselves in English and can speak English well are the students who are most successful in getting internships/jobs.

5.which tuition fee on the website is correct ?
(The website shows 1.Full-time?: *$44,450 per year or 2.Gabelli School of Business: $1,306 per credit , total credits are 36, so the tuition fee is $47,016?)

Since the MSGF Program is 36 credits and the tuition rate is currently $1306, the correct tuition amount for 2014-2015 is $47,016. However, since the tuition rate will increase slightly in Fall 2015, the tuition amount will increase slightly.

6.How does career center offer information to help us find the internship related to our program?

As discussed in our interview, you need to be proactive when it comes to the Career Center and sit down with them 1st semester sometime and put together a plan of where you want to be in a year, what kind of companies you would be interested in working for and what kind of internships or jobs might be available with those companies.
