在俄亥俄州立大学（OSU）读书是一种怎样的体验

想象一下一所拥有5万名学生以及数不胜数的机会的学校，首先想到的是俄亥俄州立大学。坐落在州省会的心脏位置，有19个学院，10400多门课程，将近200个本科专业。如果这些数字不够使人惊愕，再想想，OSU 有36个大学运动代表队，44个校内运动以及51个运动俱乐部。学生在想起学校的规模时，有祝福声，也有诅咒声，但是所有的学生貌似都同意在OSU，对于那些想要列出来学校的学术和其它资源的学生来说，天空是极限。那么在这样一所大学中就读是怎样的体验呢？一起来看一下

1.Academics: Ohio State provides every option for a student to succeed and provide options for academic success with professor office hours, tutoring, and study sessions.

2.Academics: So far, I really like my major. Of course, I have only taken one course in my actual major so I really don't have a lot to compare. There seem to be so many opportunities for internships and to make connections with possible future employers in the field. The curriculum seems like it will open up a variety of opportunities for different and exciting jobs in the field.

4.Athletics: Not only do we have the nations top football program, but we also have many opportunities for those not in varsity sports to participate in sports that they love. We also have one of the nations top gyms on campus available for us to use whenever we would like.

5.Athletics: I feel like OSU strongly values sports. It also places a great stress on football.

6.Diversity: There is a lot more diversity than at my high school, but it still seems like big demographics of mainly white and black people, and most students seem to have parents that are well off.

7.Diversity: There's plenty of diversity on campus. My friend group has people from all walks of life.

8.Majors: Being an animal science major is the best decision I have ever made towards my career. I have never met a group of mentors and peers that are so focused on making sure that I get the best education they can possibly provide for me. They care more about the students than any other faculty on campus.

9.Majors: I have not had an internship yet. However I will need to do one at the end of my senior year. I am worried about finding the right internship. However my professors are a great help in guiding me to the one I am most suited for.

10.Majors: There are almost unlimited majors at this school! And most of them are either the best in the state or in the country! People from all over the world come to OSU because of the majors and programs they offer! If you aren't sure what to major in, coming here would be very beneficial because of all the opportunities.

11.Majors: Wide variety of majors. You have to apply and meet the criteria. Make sure your GPA stays up!

12.Administration: Campus and Columbus Police are great. Except when they mace you point blank and throw tear gas cans at your head because you are standing in the street after your school has won the national championship.

13.Administration: They aren't too strict, which I like since we are now adults.

14.Campus Food: The dining halls themselves are very nice and try their best to give us food that we would enjoy, but it doesn’t always taste the best. I usually try to stick to the small delis around campus or the places where I can get sushi.

15.Campus Food: I absolutely love campus food. The variety of options is better than any school I looked into. Apart from traditional dining, there are many places to spend blocks on campus.

16.Health & Safety: Our university does everything they can to help prevent any assault by providing us with the knowledge of how to keep ourselves safe, as well as a 24/7 campus police that can be easily located at many locations around campus.

18.Transportation: Anywhere you need to go in a seven mile radius is accessible by bike. There are bike lanes on most of the roads and the traffic knows to watch for cyclists. If that isn't enough, the public buses are cheap and have bike racks on the front in case you're going long distance. There's also a campus bus system that carries students all throughout the campus and university village, the university apartments. You can get almost anywhere in the city using these systems and for the rest you can either drive or hoof it.

19.Campus Housing: Living in dorms here is pretty nice. The other students attending OSU are great and the dorms are pretty convenient as well, offer many activities, social occasions, and experiences.

20.Overall Experience: Ohio State University is a known and widely-respected state school. As such, a degree from this school, is said the have a bit more importance and respect, based of the things that I have heard. I am planning to go on and get either a master's degree or a higher medical degree, so I chose OSU in the hopes that a B.S. from here will help me get into my next schooling program.

总体体验：俄亥俄州立大学是很有名气的州立大学，据我了解，这个学校的学位很有含金量。我打算继续读书，继续攻读硕士或者医学学位。所以我选择了俄亥俄州立大学，希望可以成为我进入下一个学校的台阶。
