PhD scholarship opportunities in CS at University College London (UCL)

Dr. Shi Zhou is a Lecturer (Assistant Professor ) of the Department of Computer Science of UCL. His research interests include Internet inter-domain routing, cloud computing, complex networks, epidemic spreading mechanisms, social media networks.

Dr. Zhou is looking for PhD students who have (1) a First-class MSc degree from a prestigious university, (2) excellent math and programming skills, (3) good research and publication experience, and (4) excellent English (with IELTS at least 6.5).
He is able to provide PhD scholarships (covering all tuition fees) to those who will receive a living-cost PhD studentship from the Chinese Scholarship Council (CSC).
