Hi，
I hope you are doing well. At UCSD, we are looking for recruiting some talented and dedicated international PhD students. Historically, we are limited by a financial  cap and are well-known that we don’t recruit many international students. However, we really like to have international PhD here and as a result of our effort, we don’t have the financial cap anymore, so we are free to recruit as many international students as we want.

Could you please let your students know it? I attached two brochures for PChem division, but the whole department are recruiting international students.

顺便多说两句，朋友Wei新ap 做laser相关的在工业界也比较好找工作一些人很好他手里有钱，组里招phd 也招postdoc 有兴趣的可以直接给他邮件。    做别的pchem的方向欢迎申请或者也可以直接找他因为今年他管招生。
