One Ph.D position opening in ASU Power Electronics group.
The student is expected to perform research under the supervision and guidance of Prof. Raja Ayyanar with the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department at Arizona State University. (http://ecee.engineering.asu.edu/ ... culty/raja-ayyanar/). The research areas include renewables, microinverters, new devices (GaN, SiC).
Prof. Raja Ayyanar is my tutor. He is professional in PV, smart grid, etc. He is nice and responsible.
Students with master degree in Power Electronics have priority. Hardware experience can add bonus.
