In today's society,there are vast amount of knowledge we need to learn.More and more students learn differnet kinds of subject at school.The issue about having some broad knowledge is better than having one specific knowledge is widely discussed into a point.As for me,I totally object it as a narrow and distorted view,The following resons and examples will justify my side.

To begin with,the most vital reason is that if we specialize in one specific subject we can totally concentrate on it.As we all know,the energy for every people is limited.So we may do better to a specific subject if we spend more time and energy on it.For instance,Bill Gates drop out from Harvard in order to set up his own coorperation Microsoft.And finally this company change people's life a lot.And he became the richest men in the world.The reason why he made decision to quit the university's study is he needed more time to focus on one specific thing.This thing told us that if we want to do something will we really need to do more reasarch in this field.

Furthermore,another reason is that specializing in one specific subject is more useful when you do this kind of job.What you learn can be used in what you do.So the learning will finally paid off.Take a example,Langlang is a famous pianist in the world.He is so talented and he spend almost all the time to play piano.He just do this one specific thing. And after he became a pianist ,the knowledge he learned for pinao is uesful.It is obvious that the specific knowledge is good for your work in this field.It may get you a chance to achieve success in this field.This specific knowledge will be efficient.

Moreover,a few people are concerned that broad knowledge can be useful some day.But actually it is useless.For example,an investigation carried out by China Academy of Social Sciences last year revealed that more than eighty percent of people can't remember the knowledge which they learned but no use for a long time.So we can't keep that broad knowledge in mind.We will soon forget it.Although we spend so much time to learn many kinds of knowledge.The knowldgde which we can remeber is what we use in our daily life.

As a conclusion,we specialize in one specific subject is good for ourselves.We may get more benifit from this specific knowledge.Pelple should learn more specific knowledge instead of many kinds of knowledge.
