Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? Self-confidence is the most important factor for success in school or at work. Use specific reasons and examples to support your opinion

Success is the unchangeable goal of every individual while the most important factor that contributes to the success has  not been reached  to a consensus.A part of people attach the greatest importance to the confidence.However,hardly can I agree on it for the following reasons.

First and foremost,no matter how confident people are,under no circumstance can people reach success without sufficient knowledges..Knowledges are powerful weapons in a war.If people lack weapons to fight against the enemy,it is likely that people are defeated in a short time.The more advanced weapons the army own own,the more possibilities to success they will gain.Mere confidence which just likes the public’s will to win has little practical influence on the success with a lack of weapons.In a word,confidence is not so much as crucial as knowledges.

Secondly,in the modern society,in order to succeed,cooperation with other people are never stressed on too much.Chances are that single person who is merely confident but not works with others usually fails .There is no doubts that,informations in the world increased exponentially every second.Thus,they are unable to deal with so much information with theirselves and usually end up with failure.On the contrary, the chance to succeed grows greatly when several people cooperate with each other.In a research, the statics show that the number of people who win the Nobel Prize as a team increased by 70 percents in 21 century.Also,it is because the cooperation of a physical scientist Crick and a chemistry scientist Watson that led to the discovering of structure of DNA.With the physical scientist superb skill in using equipment to observe DNA and chemistry scientist abundant knowledges of organic components,they finally found out the double helical structure of DNA which faster than any other individual and confident scientists.

Someone may consider that the confidence can help people stick on their view which is important to success.Nevertheless, it is not the case.In the middle age, those people who believed in the religious leader are confident in those statements,like the earth is the central of the universe, sun moves around the earth.Those statements they insisted on are obviously wrong regarding to modern science.As a result, being confident cannot be entitled as the most important factor that made success.

Generally speaking,confidence is not qualified as the most important factor.People who focus on confidence most are unfortunately misled.Only if people obtain enough knowledges and work with others can they accomplish their goal.Paying attention to develop competence and learn to work with others are the pivotal step to the success.

这篇写得比较生涩，看得出来你在构思的时候应该也浪费了很多时间，而且也没有找到最好的切入点。又忘记用三段论靠直觉写了吧？
其实这篇作文相对来说是比较好写的，你选的是disagree，那么对应的A论点还是：自信是什么样的东西
C论点是：自信不是对成功来说最重要的因素。
B论点就是：什么样的东西会影响到一个人的成功
因此，你只需要找到三个“会影响到人的成功"的因素就可以了。


这种因素有很多，比如说：自信会让人盲目，盲目会影响成功。比如说，自信会让人骄傲，骄傲会影响成功。接下来的例子也相对好想了吧？
