Your admissions essay should givethe application reader a sense of who you are and what you want to get out ofthe program. Here's how you can write an effective essay:
- Use an illustrative example of an experience, and talk about how that experience informed your career choices.
- Explain what it is that you want to get out of the program; we're more interested in self awareness than a recitation of the curriculum.
- Tell us what you think, not what you think we want to hear. Ask yourself, "Does my voice come through?"
