Summer Intern
The best way to start the internal growth process is through an internship, that helps establish a strong connection between Tricon Energy and potential employees at an early stage. Through the program, we seek to identify young potential traders and/or leaders - people who are driven and motivated to achieve success - as well as to educate those potential leaders on the realities of Tricon and the international trading business. The program is designed to expose students to the typical working environment of an operations person and trader.
Position: Trader/Operation – Interns
Working time: 9am-6pm, Monday to Friday
Office Location: Suite 1903 BEA Finance Tower, 66 Hua Yuan Shi Qiao Road, Pudong, Shanghai (Lujiazui Station, Metro Line 2)

General Requirements:
a) A global mindset with good language skills (Fluent in both English and Mandarin)
b) Pro-active, self-motivated individual with a high energy level and sense of urgency.
c) Good communication skills
d) Students who will graduate in 2015
e) Basic Knowledge of international trading is a plus, but not a must
