业务助理实习生 Sales Operation Intern 职位描述：Location: Beijing
Functional Area: Sales Support
Facility: Regional Office
Employment Type: Intern


Job Duities


1.        Reports for, Sell-thru, Sell-Out, Shipment & Inventory
2.        P/N ready and maintain for catalog
3.        New product shipment support tracking
4.        Accrue Program Funding for sales team to execute programs
5.        Lias with Finance departments on matters for program budgets & credit note issues
6.        Handle Order Processing, Quotation
7.        Assigned and keep track of MIDH demonstration machines.






Qualifications:


1.        Bachelor or above, will be graduated on 2015; duration range from April to December of 2014; working for 2-3 days per week
2.        Good knowledge of Excelrofound knowledge of MS Office applications
3.        Good exposure in doing reports
4.        English as working language
5.        Strong analytic thinking
