Position Description

There is an intern opportunity available with Boeing China Human Resources department in Beijing Office. The intern will support China HR team to learn and implement HR programs, policies, practices and process. Daily responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1) Assist new employee orientation.
2) Assist HR in country communication plans, i.e. coffee talk, health forum.
3) Work with HR team to arrange in country and/or regional training program and analyze the ROI
4) Assist HR team to administer in country employee benefits plans.
5) Partner with in country staffing for China's screening, scheduling and interview.
6) Process HR related payment request form in a timely manner.
7) Run ad hoc HR report per request by using Oracle or Excel pivot function.

Basic knowledge of HR policies, procedures and related country regulations.
