About the program:12-week assignment within a global Dell finance or accounting function

Interns are assigned projects that give them the opportunity to lead and produce viable results

Interns are paired with managers to help guide them and provide support during their internship

Internship will culminate with a high visibility presentation to executive management

Interns are assigned a mentor in the Finance Development Program (FDP) or Accounting Development Program (ADP), giving them an inside look into the programs

Networking opportunities with other interns, employees, managers and vice presidents

Finance boot camp
As a finance intern, you’ll participate in our three-day boot camp event. You’ll have the chance to meet and engage with top executives, learn about potential career opportunities at Dell, tour parts of the company and learn from subject matter experts.

Executive interaction
You’ll have the opportunity to have Q and A sessions with top executives during boot camp, attend our executive speaker series, and end your internship with a special session with Michael Dell.

ODM Fulfillment - Planner Buyer Analyst
Conduct the research, plan, pilot, document, communicate, implement and coordinate key fulfillment capabilities for ODM manufacturing.

Coordinates research and resolution of order management, procurement, logistics, import, export compliance issues that’s relevant to the ODM fulfillment.

Manage, improve and exceed productivity and business goals for ODM fulfillment

Liaise with other functions within the organization to drive improvement projects in order fulfillment, ODM manufacturing, increase efficiency in logistics channel.
